They promulgated a different mantra, expressed in two fashions; "Mission First, Safety Always," and "Safety is a Mission Enabler." I can't begin to tell you what difference a small change in mindset can make.

If you want to operate a successful logistics service, provide your people with the tools and training necessary to operate safely. An accident can potentially take out people, resources, and the items you were contracted to transport. The result is failure. Small attitude adjustments can have a tremendous impact in any situation.
